The first ceremonial conducted by Aloha Temple was in 1982 which produced 18 new nobles who organized themselves into Cebu Shrine Club.
As the group added more members from the different regions in the Philippines, the club decided to change its name to Filipinas Shrine Club. The first president of the club was Noble Florentino Almasen, Sr. The club created different chapters all over the country which included Metro Manila, Iloilo, Iligan, Cebu, Socsksargen, Zamboanga and Cotabato. The latest chapter formed was in 2012 in Bohol when the club became part of the jurisdiction of Mabuhay Temple chartered in 2010.
Filipinas Shrine Club currently maintains a ward in San Vincente Hospital in Cebu City to treat crippled and burned children. Other chapters and Shrine Clubs endorse their patients to FSC for treatment.
Every year, the Filipinas Shrine Club hosts a Christmas party for current and old patients and their family. Toys are given to the children who are entertained by a clown or a magic show to highlight the event.
As of December 2015, there are 148 Nobles in Filipinas Shrine Club. Stated Meeting is every 2nd Tuesday of the month.
